• 2 dash(es) Monin Passion Fruit Concentrated Flavor
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Vanilla Crème Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL Pisco
• 2 oz. 60 mL champagne

Garnish: Nutmeg, Pineapple

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
