PINEAPPLE PECAN CRUSH

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30 mL Butter Pecan Syrup
  • 4 oz. 120 mL pineapple juice
  • 2 oz. 60 mL Amontillado Sherry
  • 6 dash(es) bitters

Glass: Wine

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Cherry, Mint sprig, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

  1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
  2. Pour ingredients into mixing tin in order listed.
  3. Spindle mix for 2-count and pour into serving glass with ice.
  4. Add garnish and serve.
