Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL Irish whiskey
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Pear Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• Top with:
• 1 oz. 30 mL ginger ale

Glass: Double Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Pear slice(s)

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
