Peanut Butter Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 cup Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line two sheet pans with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together fats and sugars on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and syrup, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients, then gradually add them to the wet ingredients until fully combined.
- Scoop the dough into 1-inch portions and place on the prepared baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown on the bottom.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before serving.
