Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL vodka
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Banana Syrup
• 2 shot(s) espresso
• Top with Cold Foam:
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Peanut Butter Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL 2% milk
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL heavy whipping cream

Glass: Coupe Glass

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
