Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Peach Purée
• 1 sprig(s) rosemary
• 1 oz. 30 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL bourbon
• 2 oz. 60 mL lemon sour mix
• top club soda

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel, Smoked bourbon sugar, Rosemary sprig

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
