Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL blanco tequila
• Top with:
• 2 oz. 60 mL sparkling rosé wine

Garnish: Flowers/herbs, Lime wheel

Instructions

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Pour into serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
