• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL aged rum
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Mojito Mix
• 2 dash(es) aromatic bitters
• Top with:
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL champagne

Garnish: Lime slice

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
