Ingredients

• 1 oz. 30 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Yuzu Purée
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• Fill with:
• 4 oz. 120 mL champagne or sparkling wine
• 2 oz. 60 mL club soda

Glass: Wine

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Thyme, Dehydrated orange wheel

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Stir gently to mix. Garnish and serve.
