Mushroom Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, rough chopped
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 ½ Tbsp. (3 pumps) Monin TruFlavour Mushroom By Monin
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Glass Size: 1 quart.
Instructions
- In a stockpot, bring potatoes to a boil and boil for 10 minutes or until they can be cut with a fork. Once cooked, strain the potatoes.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add all the ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
