Mushroom Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, rough chopped
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. (3 pumps) Monin TruFlavour Mushroom By Monin
  • 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Glass Size: 1 quart.

Instructions

      1. In a stockpot, bring potatoes to a boil and boil for 10 minutes or until they can be cut with a fork. Once cooked, strain the potatoes.
      2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add all the ingredients and beat until smooth.
      3. Serve immediately or store in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
