• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium gin
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Violet Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Lavender Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL pasteurized egg white

Instructions

Shake ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake to chill. Strain into chilled serving glass.
