
Matcha Tingle
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. Monin Matcha Green Tea Concentrate
- 1/2 oz. Monin Pure Cane Syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh ginger root
- 1 oz. pasteurized egg white
- 1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Glass: Glass
Glass Size: 8 oz.
Garnish: Mint, Candied ginger
Instructions
- Chill serving glass.
- Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
- Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
- Add garnish and serve.
