Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Mango Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL orange juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL ruby red grapefruit juice
• Top with:
• 4 oz. 120 mL sparkling wine

Glass: Champagne/Flute

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Grapefruit, Mango spear

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
