Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL coconut rum
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Blue Raspberry Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 2 oz. 60 mL pineapple juice
• Top with:
• 2 oz. 60 mL purified water

Glass: Highball

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Dehydrated lime , Tajín seasoning

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and pour into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
