Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL silver rum
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Sugar Free Coconut Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lime juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL pineapple juice

Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Mint, Pineapple leaves

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and pour into serving glass. Garnish and serve.
