Lite Strawberry Cooler
Ingredients
- 3 ea. strawberries
- 6 mL Monin Cucumber Concentrated Flavor
- 1/2 oz. Monin Sugar Free Sweetener
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Fill with sparkling water
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 14 oz.
Garnish: Strawberry, Cucumber slice
Instructions
- Muddle fruit/herbs and Monin product(s) in shaker.
- Add remaining ingredients except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage and garnish.
