- 1 oz. Monin Passion Fruit Purée
- 2 oz. coconut milk
- 4 scoop(s) orange sherbet
Glass: Specialty
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Whipped cream, Fruit, Edible flower(s), Toasted coconut
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in mixing tin.
- Spindle mix until smooth.
- Pour into serving glass and garnish.
