
Hot Honey Glazed Brussel Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 cup Monin Hot Honey Syrup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. black pepper

Glass Size: 1 cup glaze.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, bring down to a simmer and let reduce by 1/3 (about 5 minutes).
- Allow mixture to cool.
- Preheat fryer oil to 375° F.
- Cut desired amount of Brussels sprouts in half and fry until golden brown and crispy (about 3–4 minutes).
- Drain Brussels sprouts thoroughly before tossing with the hot honey glaze in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
- Optionally serve with crispy bacon for garnish.
