
Hot Honey Glazed Bacon
Ingredients
- 12 bacon slices
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Monin Hot Honey Syrup
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper

Glass Size: 12 slices.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° F
- Lay the bacon on a sheet tray covered with parchment paper.
- Cook the bacon until it is 3/4 of the way done, about 12 minutes.
- While the bacon cooks, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Remove the bacon from the oven and baste it with the syrup mixture liberally.
- Place the bacon back in the oven and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove the bacon from the oven and baste with the syrup mixture one more time and continue to cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove the bacon when it has finished cooking and allow to cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
