Honey Jasmine Highball
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Monin Honey Jasmine Syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3 dash(es) bitters
- 2 oz. whisky
- Top with:
- ginger ale
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Flowers/herbs, Orange slice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
