Hibiscus Melon Cooler

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Watermelon Purée
  • 2 oz. 60 mL hibiscus tea
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL gin
  • Top with:
  • 2 oz. 60 mL ginger ale

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Instructions

  1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
  2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
  3. Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
  4. Add garnish and serve.
