
Hawaiian Island Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Monin Monin Hawaiian Island Syrup
- 2 Tbsp. minced red onion
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil
- Salt and black pepper - to taste

Glass Size: 16.0.
Instructions
- In a blender combine all ingredients – except for the oil – and blend together.
- With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until fully emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Place into a container, cover tightly and refrigerate until use
