Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Ruby Red Grapefruit Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 2 ea. rosemary
• 3 oz. 90 mL club soda

Glass: Highball

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Grapefruit, Rosemary sprig

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of mixing glass and muddle. Fill mixing glass full of ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into serving glass over fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
