GOLDEN MAI TAI
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Monin Golden Turmeric Syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 oz. premium rum
- 3 oz. champagne
- 4 dash(es) bitters
Glass: Wine
Glass Size: 16 oz.
Garnish: Mint sprig, Pineapple slice, Powdered sugar, Pineapple leaves
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
