FROSTED FRENCH '75
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Monin Pear Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Monin Maple Spice Syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. pasteurized egg white
- 2 dash(es) bitters
- 1 1/2 oz. cognac
- 2 oz. champagne
Glass: Champagne/Flute
Glass Size: 8 oz.
Garnish: Star anise, Thyme, Powdered sugar, Pear slice(s)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
