Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. egg white
- 2 drop(s) Rose Water
- 3/4 oz. Monin Lavender Syrup
- 1/2 oz. Monin French Vanilla Syrup
- Top with:
- champagne
Glass: Collins
Glass Size: 12 oz.
Garnish: Edible flower(s)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
- Cap and shake vigorously.
- Strain into chilled serving glass.
- Top with sparkling beverage.
- Garnish.
