Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL whiskey
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Honey Organic Sweetener
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Ginger Purée
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL fresh brewed Darjeeling tea

Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Candied ginger, Lemon

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
