• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Matcha Green Tea Concentrate
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lime juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL pineapple juice
• 3 dash(es) bitters

Glass: Wine

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Pineapple leaves

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
