Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL limoncello
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Lavender Syrup
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Strawberry Purée
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• Fill with prosecco white wine

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Lavender sprig, Lemon peel

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
