CUPID'S BOW

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Cupcake Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL amaretto liqueur
  • 1 oz. 30 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
  • 1 oz. 30 mL heavy whipping cream
  • 3 oz. 90 mL sparkling rosé wine

Glass: Champagne/Flute

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Rose petals

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
