Cookie Butter Cake Pops
Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) box white cake mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup Monin Cookie ButterĀ® Syrup
- 1 cup white frosting

Glass Size: 20-25 cake pops.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prep a 9-inch cake pan by liberally spraying with oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, butter, and eggs and mix until well combined.
- Evenly spread the cake batter in the prepped cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick can be inserted in the middle and come out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and allow to completely cool, about 2 hours.
- Once cooled, completely crumble cake using your hands until a sand-like texture is reached.
- Add in the frosting and syrup and fold until completely incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to the freezer and allow to chill for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, remove from freezer and portion into desired sized balls on a parchment lined sheet pan.
- Transfer the sheet pan to the freezer to chill for an additional 30 minutes.
- Shape the balls by rolling them in between your hands until a perfectly round ball is reached.
- Add sticks to each ball and decorate as desired with melted chocolate and sprinkles and store in the refrigerator.
