Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Chai Tea Concentrate
• 3 oz. 90 mL milk
• Top with:
• 2 tbsp. ground, dark roast coffee
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 2 tbsp. cold water

Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Star anise, Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled serving glass in order listed. Stir gently to mix. Garnish and serve.
