CARROT CAKE CABLECAR

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Praline Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL fresh pressed carrot juice
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL orange liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL spiced rum

Glass: Coupe Glass

Glass Size: 8 oz.

Garnish: Freshly ground nutmeg, Toasted coconut

Instructions

Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish and serve.
