
CARROT CAKE CABLECAR
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Monin Praline Syrup
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 oz. fresh pressed carrot juice
- 1/2 oz. orange liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz. spiced rum
Glass: Coupe Glass
Glass Size: 8 oz.
Garnish: Freshly ground nutmeg, Toasted coconut
Instructions
- Chill serving glass.
- Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
- Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
- Add garnish and serve.
