• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
• 2 shot(s) espresso

Glass: Mug

Glass Size: 3 oz.

Garnish: Cinnamon stick, Cinnamon powder

Instructions

Brew espresso. Whip equal Monin syrup and espresso parts together in a cup until the mixture becomes syrupy. Pour the rest of the espresso over the syrup mixture, which will force a thin layer of foam to float to the top. Pour the coffee into espresso cup-sized servings. Garnish.
