Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Monin Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup
- 2 shot(s) espresso
Glass: Mug
Glass Size: 3 oz.
Garnish: Cinnamon stick, Cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Brew espresso.
- Whip equal Monin syrup and espresso parts together in a cup until the mixture becomes syrupy.
- Pour the rest of the espresso over the syrup mixture, which will force a thin layer of foam to float to the top.
- Pour the coffee into espresso cup-sized servings.
- Garnish.
