Ingredients

• 1 1/4 oz. honey whiskey
• 3 mL Monin Basil Concentrated Flavor
• 1/2 oz. Monin Blueberry Purée
• 2 oz. fresh agave sour mix
• splash ginger beer
• 2 oz. club soda

Glass: Highball

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Blueberries, Lemon wheel, Basil sprig

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients in shaker in the order listed, except sparkling beverage.
2. Cap and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into chilled serving glass.
4. Top with sparkling beverage.
5. Garnish.
