Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60 mL fresh pressed carrot juice
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Orange Tangerine Syrup
  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL orange liqueur
  • 5 oz. 150 mL champagne

Glass: Specialty

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel, Carrot

Instructions

  1. Chill serving glass.
  2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
  3. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
  4. Add garnish and serve.
