Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Pure Cane Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Monin Grenadine Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh orange juice
• 4 pump(s) Monin Passion Fruit Concentrated Flavor
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL white rum
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL dark rum

Glass: Hurricane

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Pineapple slice, Lime wheel

Instructions

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
3. Cap, shake and strain into serving glass with ice.
4. Add garnish and serve.
