Brown Butter Toffee Blondies
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Monin Brown Butter Toffee Syrup

Glass Size: 1 (9” x 9”) pan.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a 9” X 9” baking pan.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl mix together the brown sugar and melted butter.
- Add the egg and brown butter syrup and whisk until combined.
- Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the blondies comes out clean.
- Allow to cool then cut into squares and serve.
