Brown Butter Toffee Blondies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Monin Brown Butter Toffee Syrup

Glass: Culinary

Glass Size: 1 (9” x 9”) pan.

Instructions

      1. Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a 9” X 9” baking pan.
      2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl.
      3. In a separate bowl mix together the brown sugar and melted butter.
      4. Add the egg and brown butter syrup and whisk until combined.
      5. Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
      6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
      7. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the blondies comes out clean.
      8. Allow to cool then cut into squares and serve.
