Ingredients

• 1 pump(s) Monin Mint Concentrated Flavor
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 3 oz. 90 mL watermelon
• 2 dash(es) celery bitters
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL premium bourbon

Glass: Julep Cup

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Mint sprig, Grilled pineapple, Powdered sugar

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
