Ingredients

• 6 blueberries
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Lavender Syrup
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL Champagne vinegar
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL fresh lemon juice
• Muddle:
• 5 oz. 150 mL club soda

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 16 oz.

Garnish: Blueberries, Lavender sprig

Instructions

Place ingredients into bottom of serving glass and muddle. Fill serving glass with ice and add remaining ingredients in order listed. Pour mixture into mixing tin, cap, shake, and pour back into serving glass. Top with ice, garnish, and serve.
