• 2 oz. 60 mL gin
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL Monin Lavender Syrup
• 1 oz. 30 mL pasteurized egg white
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• 2 pump(s) Monin Blueberry Concentrated Flavor

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: Blueberries, Lavender sprig

Instructions

Combine ingredients into an ice-filled shaker in order listed, except sparkling beverage. Cap and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled serving glass. Top with sparkling beverage, garnish, and serve.
