• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Banana Syrup
• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL coconut rum
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL blue curacao
• 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL pineapple juice
• 1/4 oz. 7 1/2 mL fresh lemon juice
• Top with:
• 1 oz. 30 mL infused cold foam

Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Strawberry

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
