Ingredients

• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Blood Orange Purée
• 1/10 oz. 3 mL Monin Passion Fruit Concentrated Flavor
• 7 oz. 210 mL sparkling water

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Lemon wheel, Blood orange

Instructions

1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
2. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
3. Stir gently to mix.
4. Add garnish and serve.
