Blood Orange Negroni

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Blood Orange Purée
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL gin
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL bitter/herbal aperitif
  • 3/4 oz. 22 1/2 mL sweet vermouth

Glass: Highball

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel

Instructions

  1. Fill serving glass full of ice.
  2. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
  3. Stir vigorously to chill, and strain into serving glass with ice.
  4. Add garnish and serve.
