Black Raspberry Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. pasteurized egg white
- 3/4 oz. Monin Black Raspberry Syrup
- 2 oz. Pisco
- ice
- 2 drop(s) bitters
Glass: Cordial/Aperitif
Glass Size: 7 oz.
Garnish: Berries
Instructions
- Chill serving glass.
- Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed.
- Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass.
- Add garnish and serve.
