Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. 45 mL bourbon
• 1/2 oz. 15 mL Monin Granny Smith Apple Purée
• 3 oz. 90 mL fresh lemon sour mix
• Top red wine

Glass: Collins

Glass Size: 14 oz.

Garnish: Orange peel, Apple slice

Instructions

Combine ingredients, except liquor, in serving glass. Stir or shake to mix. Float liquor on top. Garnish.
