Amba Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, rough chopped
  • 1/2 cup Monin Spicy Mango Syrup
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. sumac
  • 1/2 tsp. fenugreek
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

Glass Size: 1 pint.

Instructions

      1. In a saucepan set to medium heat, add in the olive oil and heat until shimmering.
      2. Add in the onion and garlic, sweating for 2 minutes.
      3. Remove from heat and add to a blender with the remaining ingredients, except for the canola oil.
      4. Blend on high until smooth.
      5. Reduce heat to medium and slowly drizzle in the canola oil until fully incorporated.
      6. Taste for seasoning and transfer to a tightly sealed container in thew refrigerator for future use.
