
Amba Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, rough chopped
- 1/2 cup Monin Spicy Mango Syrup
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sumac
- 1/2 tsp. fenugreek
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste

Glass Size: 1 pint.
Instructions
- In a saucepan set to medium heat, add in the olive oil and heat until shimmering.
- Add in the onion and garlic, sweating for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add to a blender with the remaining ingredients, except for the canola oil.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Reduce heat to medium and slowly drizzle in the canola oil until fully incorporated.
- Taste for seasoning and transfer to a tightly sealed container in thew refrigerator for future use.
