• 2 oz. 60 mL bourbon
• 1 oz. 30 mL Monin Blueberry Purée
• 1 oz. 30 mL fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz. 30 mL pasteurized egg white

Glass: Tall/Pint

Glass Size: 12 oz.

Garnish: Blueberries, Lemon wheel

Instructions

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish and serve.
