How do I use my pump for the first time?

• Wash hands.
• Assemble the pump by inserting the plastic straw into the base of the pump (no need to wash or rinse pump).
• Unlock the pump by turning the spout counterclockwise. (You will see the word “Open” with an arrow on the top to direct you.)
• Insert pump in bottle.
• Force the threaded cap of the pump to line up with the top of the bottle.
• Press down on the pump cap as you thread it on clockwise.
• To prime the pump, press down a couple times.
• Once primed, each full depression will yield the appropriate dosage increment

Should I wash my pump?

• When using a pump, we suggest that the opening is covered to protect the product from insects, fermentation and mold.
• A black cap is provided with every pump.
• We do not suggest the washing of pumps as this could contaminate the product.
• When reusing a pump or cap make sure it is from the same flavor so the product is not contaminated.
• Pumps can be reused for an indefinite period with the same flavor as long as there is no contamination or spoilage.
