Fill with steamed milk

METHOD

Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed. Use spoon to top beverage with milk foam. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.

INGREDIENTS

¾ oz. Monin Macadamia Nut Syrup
5 oz. pear nectar
3 oz. water
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
2 orange wheels

METHOD

Pour ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass in order listed. Cap, shake, and strain into a serving glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with citrus slices and serve.
